Shipping & Handling:
We want to be as clear as possible to manage expectations. Due to the personalized nature of our textile products, orders take a little bit of time (and love).
Non-embroidered robes will ship within 2-3 business days via UPS Standard Ground or UPS 2nd Day, based on your selected shipping method.
Embroidered robes require 2-4 business days to ensure successful & meticulous customization. Therefore, a personalized robe will ship within 4-7 business days.
Please note that orders shipping UPS 2nd Day still require the standard processing time. When you select UPS 2nd Day, it doesn't mean that you will receive your order in 2 days. The order will go through the regular processing time (4-7 days) as described above.
Customers are responsible for Duties/Taxes on International Shipments and will be billed later by Customs. These fees are not included in the Shipping Total.
Returns & Exchanges:
Monogrammed Bathrobes wants you to be 100% happy with your purchase. We are happy to accept Returns/Exchanges on non-embroidered robes. Items must be: received within 30 days of purchase, in the original condition, and accompanied by the packing slip with indication of return or exchange. Returns will receive a full refund for the price you paid for the product, based on your original payment method. Exchanges are eligible for FREE SHIPPING back to you. Understandably, personalized (embroidered) items cannot be return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect.

PROCESSING TIMES FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Depending on how you sent the items back to us, it will most likely take 7-10 business days for us to receive your Return/Exchange. We will process all Returns/Exchanges within 7 business days of receipt. If you place your order with a credit card please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
The original freight or postage charges are non-refundable.
